Sheila LongmanSheila is a retired teacher of Modem Languages and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Until Lockdown she had only written a few articles for magazines and some Christian Poetry. Inspired by attempting a memoir of her spiritual journey, she decided t use her experiences in Education, travels in Europe, Canada and Australia to create family stories dealing with anthropology, racism, spirituality and mental health, indigenous art and belief systems and relationships, counselling and sexuality.
