It has opened for me a complex and incredibly beautiful world whether I'm taking a photo of a tiny flower or watching a baby bird fly away as an adult in only 2 weeks. During my teaching career, I loved xploring science with my elementary students. My favorite curriculum included the study of animals and plants in their natural habitats. As often as I could, I would take students on field trips to explore nature first hand.
