Shanti NshanianThe Right Kite is the first picture book by Shanti Nshanian. She has been living in Los Angeles for twenty-four years. Years ago, at the earliest opportunity, she decided to attend Glendale Community College. After graduating with a degree in Preschol Teaching and completing university transfer classes, she pursued courses in writing and illustration. Since 2007, the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) has been a vital source of support and advocacy for her in the field.
