Prior to his tenure at Janus Henderson, Dr. Weiner was the U.S. Head of Equity Derivatives and Quantitative Strategy at Deutsche Bank and was a Lecturer at Oxford University. His research has been published in Mathematical Finance; The Journal of Money, Credit and Banking; and The Journal of Business and Economic Statistics. Dr. Weiner earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, received his master's and doctoral degrees in economics from Oxford University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
