Scott HowcroftScott Howcroft & Sean Hale are spouses and parents to their two amazing kids, and they both have psychology as the base of their educations.Scott graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc in psychology and is currently pursuing his master's Scott has always been involved in the arts, from painting to acting, and now as a writer.Sean has his BA and master's in psychology. He worked in education and human resources before opening his own counselling practice. There is a real challenge for adoptive parents to explain to their kids what it means to be adopted, while preserving their child's self-esteem. There is a toxic narrative in the world around adoption that doesn't serve adopted children, the people who allow their children to be adopted, or the parents who are fortunate enough to get to adopt these kids.
