Under his leadership, the church has witnessed unparalleled spiritual and numerical growth giving irth to 11 branches within the United Kingdom collectively known as the 'Woolwich Conference' where he is the Conference Pastor. Pastor Sayo has also pioneered centres outside the UK with missionary work in Hungary as well as in Toronto (Canada), Africa, China, and India. He sits on the Board of the Council of Conference Pastors of the New Covenant Church, UK. Recently, he was appointed as one of the International Pastors of the New Covenant Church Worldwide.
