Her debut novel, Permission, was translated into five languages and longlisted for the Believer Book Award. Her translation of Johanns Anyuru's They Will Drown in Their Mothers' Tears won the CLMP Firecracker Award for Fiction, and she was longlisted for the PEN Translation Award for Jessica Schiefauer's Girls Lost.
