Sara Patience is a registered health visitor and nutritionist, as well as a nurse. She has over 15 years of experience working directly with families.

Sara is a nutrition expert and regularly writes articles for Gurgle, Mother nd Baby, Pregnancy and Parenting magazines, and professional journals such as Community Practitioner and the Journal of Health Visiting. She is also a member of the Medical Journalists' Association.
