Samuel Belsham MokiDr. Moki earned a Ph.D. in political science with a minor in public administration in 2002 from Howard University in Washington, D.C. For over 17 years, he has taught political science, public administration, African American Studies, African America History, and civil rights classes at several universities in the Washington, D.C. area.
