Sam TynenSam Tynen is a Research Fellow at the Oriental Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Czechia. He holds a PhD in Human Geography from University of Colorado Boulder and his research focuses on state-building, nationalism, and ethnic conflct in Asia.
