Additionally, he is the founder and resident of HR Intelligence Organization, a research, educational advisory, and consulting group specializing in human capital research, HR analytics and strategy, workforce surveys, organizational diagnosis, employee engagement, talent management, learning and performance improvement evaluation, organizational effectiveness, workplace culture, and the future of work. Prior to joining Drexel, Dr. Falletta held the position of vice president and chief HR officer for a Fortune 1000 firm based in Silicon Valley, California.
