He received his B.Sc. degree in Automation and Industrial Electronics Engineering from the University of Seville, Spain, in 2002, and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the niversity of Huelva Spain, in 2011. He is currently Professor and Head at the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Huelva.
