Rubén ArcosRubén Arcos is lecturer and researcher of communication sciences at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid (Spain). He is the founder and chapter chair of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) for Spain and founding co-director ofIntelHub. He is a freelance contributor of Jane's Intelligence Review and deputy editor of The International Journal of Intelligence, Security, and Public Affairs. He has served for almost 10 years as coordinating director of the first ever Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis in Spain. Arcos is national representative in the NATO/STO task group SAS-114 on "Assessment and communication of uncertainty in intelligence to support decision making". Arcos has published extensively in intelligence studies, strategic communications, and experiential learning in intelligence through simulations and games.
