Royd AndersonRoyd Anderson is a Cuban American filmmaker, teacher and historian from New Orleans. He specializes in Louisiana disasters that are usually not mentioned in Louisiana history textbooks. Anderson produced many award-winning documentaries such as Pa Am Flight 759, The Upstairs Lounge Fire, The Continental Grain Elevator Explosion, Mother's Day Bus Crash on 610 and The Luling Ferry Disaster. He has been an invited guest speaker at Princeton University, Tulane University, Loyola University New Orleans and the FBI New Orleans Division.
