Royce S SarpyMr. Royce Sarpy is a native Texan born in Houston, Texas. He grew up in Dallas, Texas. He started his work with youth through his mother's non-profit before moving to west Texas for college. Mr. Sarpy is an alumnus of Texas Tech University and Texas tate University. At Texas State, he earned a Master's of Elementary Education. He relocated to New York City teaching elementary school in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brownsville, and East Harlem.
