Rose S FifeRose S. Fife, M.D., M.P.H., Associate Dean for Research, is Director of the Indiana University National Center of Excellence in Women's Health, one of only 20 such centers in the country so designated by the Department of Health and Human Services Ofice on Women's Health. She is the Barbara F. Kampen Professor of Women's Health. Dr. Fife is Past-President of the Central Society for Clinical Research and Chair of the AAMC's Group for Research Advancement and Development. She also serves as Associate Editor of the journal Translational Medicine and as a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Women's Health. Dr. Fife is a member of the Committee on Ethics of the American College of Rheumatology and of a new AAMC task force on conflict of interest. She has served as a member of the NIH General Clinical Research Center Study Section and of the National Advisory Council on Nursing Research, NIH.
