Rosa La BarberaBorn in Sicily, Rosa La Barbera quickly became passionate about comics and cartoons. She was among the twelve people lucky enough to enter Milan's Disney Academy. She then came back to Sicily where she worked on the animated series Winxand Pop Pixie for Rainbow, Geronimo Stilton, and Tea Sister (Piemme) before creating the characters for the animated series Spike Team 2. Rosa now draws for numerous properties for Disney and for the France publisher Dupuis, for which she created the characters of the comic series Magic 7 by Kid Toussaint.
