Rosa's first novel, In My Father's Footsteps, As Told by His Son, published in 2009 isnow being released as a second edition. In 2013 she published her second book, Binded by Blood. Both books have been recognized at the Ohioan Book Award in 2009 and 2014. Rosa aspires a third book, Within These Walls to be released in 2016. When Rosa is not writing, she works as an Intervention Specialist with disabled children. She passionately pursues projects of teaching emergent readers.
