Ron HuberDr. Ron Huber was raised as a Ward of The State from the time he was three years old until seventeen. He joined the U.S. Army in 1963 and in 1967 he was sent to Vietnam where he saw combat until 1968. Ron retired from the U.S. Army in 1983 and contined his education and received a PhD in social and behavioral science. Dr. Huber started working for the Voice of America and became chief engineer for the television side of the Voice of America. He retired from VOA after twenty seven years and is now a passionate and vocal advocate of the child welfare system.
