He holds a Post-Doctoral Bridge to Business and Management at Tulane University, Louisiana, USA. He has earne two terminal degrees: a Ph.D. in Management (with a concentration in Human Resource Management, with High-Level Distinction) at the University of Liverpool, UK, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (with Highest Distinction) at DLSU-Dasmarinas, Philippines. Dr. Sergio has more than 20 years of teaching and corporate experience.
