Roger M LeBlancDr. Roger M. Leblanc is Professor and Chair of the Department of Chemistry, University of Miami, USA. He received his B. S. in chemistry (1964) and Ph.D. in physical chemistry (1968) from Université Laval, Canada. From 1968 to 1970, he was a postdoctral fellow in the laboratory of Prof. George Porter, FRS, in Davy Faraday Research Lab, the Royal Institution of Great Britain. He was appointed as professor in 1994 and chair of Department of Chemistry at University of Miami from 1994 to 2002 and again from 2013 to 2021. He was editor or in the editorial board of many journals including Colloids and Surfaces B: Biointerfaces and frequently invited as NSF grant panel reviewers.
