Roger K Mr SmithRoger K. Smith was raised in the town of Westminister, Massachusetts. After serving in the U.S. Navy, 1954-1957, he received a B. S. in Education (Fitchburg STate College, 1964) and a M.S. in Education (BRidgewater STate College, 1969). Mr. Smith tauht Industrial Arts in the Massachusetts school system for twelve years.
