Roberta BalmerI was born in Glasgow, Scotland, then we moved to Whitley Bay, Northumberland (Vera country!). I emigrated to Canada in 1967 later marketing myself as an International Education Consultant specializing in Special Education and traveled widely, to man countries (Mauritius -3 years).
