He is also the founder of BEC Global Consulting roup, a strategic and servant-leadership consulting firm based in Central Florida. He completed his Doctor of Strategic Leadership Degree, with a servant-leadership concentration, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, with concentration in organizational development consulting, at Regent University. Robert is a retired United States Air Force senior noncommissioned officer. He served in the United States, Europe, and the Pacific theaters while following and leading under the leadership of Air Force generals, field, company officers, and senior noncommissioned officers.
