Rob LonsdaleRob plays Crumpet, the puppet monkey, on the 'Elijah and Crumpet' YouTube channel, which he created in 2018 with his son Elijah. With the aim of showing the world how good life with Down syndrome can be, Elijah and Crumpet now have a worldwide followng to entertain, educate and inspire. They show that anything is possible with the right motivation, like becoming famous YouTubers, getting on national television and now writing a book, 'Motivate Man', following a successful Kickstarter campaign. Rob studied Literature for Children as a module of his German and Norwegian Joint Honours Degree at Edinburgh University. He then taught English in Japan for a year, before serving as a Royal Marines Officer in the U.K. for 6 years.
