The two have collaborated on a variety of commercial air transport ventures and collegiat educational development projects in the airline operations business segment over a thirty-year span. Kaps has authored, with Hartung editing, several widely-adopted air transport textbooks. A Wilderness of Mirrors is their first work of fiction.
