Rita HorstmanRita Horstman has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Public Affairs. She was raised in a rural area in a small Methodist Church. Her great uncle was her pastor for many years and was an excellent mentor. Mentors were also her gandparents, friends, and family members. She has two children and lives on a seven generation, century farm, homesteaded from the United States of America for 25 cents an acre.
