Rick MeadowsRick is a retired police detective. With 25 years of service, his last 7 years were spent in the Crimes Against Juveniles Unit. He witnessed first hand the horror that an adult can inflict on children, even as small as a few weeks old. His cases inclded child abuse, sexual abuse, child murder and child exploitation. During his law enforcement career Rick became a certified computer forensic examiner and today is employed as a Senior Computer Forensic Examiner.
