Richard TalmanRichard Talman is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Physics, Cornell University. He received his PhD in 1963 from the California Institute of Technology. His recent efforts have been devoted to planning for a new generation of accelerators follwing the LHC p, p collider at CERN He has also been developing a method for measuring the electric dipole moments (EDM) of the electron and proton.
