Rebecca Roan Rebecca Roan is a picture book author. She holds a BS in human development and family studies from Penn State University and an MA in children's literature and an MFA in writing for children from Simmons College. She is a recipient of the PEN New Enland Children's Book Discovery Award for her picture book manuscript Dragons Get Colds Too (Bloomsbury, 2019).
