Rebecca KlempnerRebecca Klempner was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She taught both public school (through Teach for America) and Jewish day school after ditching a career in applied anthropology. After a stint as a stay-at-home wife and mother, she's now a slave-to-crpool wife, mom, and writer. Her work for children and teens has appeared in numerous Jewish publications, including Binah BeTween, Binyan, and Aim!, and her work for adults has been published both in print and online in such places as Hamodia, Binah, Ami, and Tablet. Rebecca currently lives with her extremely tolerant husband and zany children in sunny Los Angeles, where she grows sweet peas, roses, forget-me-nots, and cosmos--but, sorry, no daisies!
