Rebecca (Becca Blue) BlueRebecca Carrigan (Pen name Becca Blue) is a creative designer, author and award-winning filmmaker that's been in the entertainment world since 2001. She began as an actress, then moved into film-making, directing, producing, and even worked as a Reginal Board Member/Short Film Programmer for the Grand River Film Festival. From here, she was offered many amazing opportunities within the film world for companies such as Sony Pictures Imageworks, Electronic Arts Canada, and SIM International in the lovely city of Vancouver, British Columbia-also known as Hollywood North. She's been lucky enough to work with some of the best in the industry where she's learned from the ground up with some of the best mentors she could ask for. But that didn't come without a lot of hard work, a lot of mistakes, and a willingness to pay her dues. What most people don't know about her is that she also holds certifications in Acting for Film & Television and Hotel Management. She even spent some time working aboard the Carnival Cruise Lines, sailing through beautiful Caribbean waters! Finally, she's been a professional dog groomer since 2003. You could say she likes to stay busy, but her true passion lies in writing and design, which is why she finished her diploma in Graphic Design & Interactive Media in 2017.
