Raymond StarrAuthor Raymond Starr is the chair of the Goliad County Historical Commission. Starr earned a bachelor of arts degree and a doctorate in history from the University of Texas, spent 40 years as a history professor, and has published several books, manyarticles, and served in many historical organizations.
