Raymond R CarlsonRay Carlson is the owner of RC Outsourcing, an FDA-licensed 503B Outsourcing Facility in Lowellville, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio Northern University's Raabe College of Pharmacy in 1985. Over his long career, he has worked at independent, chain, hosital, and home infusion pharmacies. Ray is a past president of the Ohio Pharmacists Association and Eastern Ohio Pharmacists Association and a former PCAB Surveyor.
