Raymond David VelaDavid and his wife Melissa Vela were raised in Wharton, Texas. They are both retired, and now live in Bryan, Texas. They have two children and seven grandchildren. David enjoys serving on national boards that promote diversity, youth, and national pak interests as well as speaking on these issues in public forums.
