Rashard HallRashard Hall is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Scholar-AthELITE, a service and consulting company that tailors holistic and career development programs for athletes and their organizations. For the past six years, Rashard has led a Divisin I National Championship football program as the Director of Career and Professional Development for Clemson Football, helping scholar-athletes prepare for and achieve career success. His passion for empowering scholar-athletes stems from his own experiences as a student-athlete and his professional journey.Hall attended Clemson University, where he was a standout student and athlete from 2008 to 2012."I aimed to be an All-American on and off the field," Hall said.He achieved just that, earning his undergraduate degree in business marketing in three years and becoming an All-American football player. As the epitome of a scholar-athlete, Hall now holds three degrees and is one of the most decorated defensive backs in Clemson Football history, ranking in the top five for interceptions, turnovers, tackles, games started, and most consecutive games with an interception.Professionally, Hall began his career as a professional football player, signing a contract with the St. Louis Rams in 2013. After his time in the NFL, he joined Johnson & Johnson's orthopedic medical sales division for two years before accepting a graduate assistant role with Clemson's athletic academic center. During this time, he became a certified academic advisor while pursuing an MBA and a master's degree in Professional Communications. After graduating in 2016, he entered the corporate finance industry, working with Merrill Lynch as a PMD to become a financial and wealth management advisor.In 2018, Hall accepted a position at P.A.W. Journey as Clemson Football's Director of Career and Professional Development, combining his athletic and corporate experiences. Over the past six years, Rashard has become an industry leader in career and development programming, including Micro-Internships and Business Week trips to metropolitan cities. These initiatives have connected scholar-athletes to industry-leading companies and professionals worldwide, including London, England, Hyderabad, India, and 14 states in the U.S.The career development department he led resulted in six consecutive years of 100 percent career placement for 167 senior scholar-athletes. He now offers programming and consulting for athletes at all levels to achieve these kinds of impactful results beyond their athletic careers."Scholar-athletes have rare intangibles that can set them apart in the workplace," he said.
