Rann Miller

Rann MillerRann Miller is the anti-bias director for Camden's Promise Charter Schools in Camden, NJ. As an educator, Rann's work has included instructing students on conducting sound historical analysis and articulating one's voice, as well as supporting educatrs of all levels and locations via professional development workshops.

As a writer, Rann's work on the topics of culturally relevant pedagogy and culturally responsive teaching is published in Edutopia, Education Week, and the Philadelphia Inquirer. As a scholar, Rann's work on the topics of the disproportionate disciplining of Black students and Black educator motivations is peer-reviewed and published in various scholarly journals.
