Randy EstabrookRandy Estabrook was born in Washington, D.C., andgrew up in Bethesda, Maryland. His father was anaccomplished intellectual property attorney and hismother a talented oil painter. Randy's first job afterleaving high school early was at Empire Music reordstore. He founded and operated his woodworkingcompany for 20 years and later joined the staff ofthe Architectural Woodwork Institute as programdirector and later executive director of the QualityCertification Program. Randy continues to do smallwoodwork projects such as his recently completedlive-edge walnut dining table. He and his wife Marielive in Calvert County, Maryland, on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay and are active ceramic artists, boatersand community activists. Read More Read Less
