Randy C McNeilRandy McNeil grew up in East Vancouver, eventually joining a street gang called the Renfrew Parker Boys. However, after giving his life to Christ as a young man, he went on to serve as a prison minister, counseling inmates in various facilities throuhout the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia, and later became a pastor of a small church in Sydney, Nova Scotia. He passed away in February 2008 at just 51 years of age.
