Gerber, LLC helps their clients integrate, grow their businesses wth purpose, and achieve their life, business and financial goals. Randy is also the founder and advisor of The Emerging Entrepreneur Experience(TM), a program focused on helping business owners generating less than $2 million in business revenue get on track, stay focused and attain results. Randy was inspired to write The Integrated Entrepreneur after experiencing how integration and planned experience sharing impacted his own personal and business life. Along with Gerber LLC and the Emerging Entrepreneur Experience(TM), The Integrated Entrepreneur contributes to a supportive ecosystem for other first-generation entrepreneurs. Randy is a graduate of The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. He has volunteered at the Childhood League Center, American Heart Association and is an active supporter of Mid-Ohio Foodbank and Festa. In addition, Randy has been an extremely active member and leader of the Columbus Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, including serving as a board member six times since 2000.
