Ramón PiñónRamón Piñón is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Biology at the University of California, San Diego, where he has taught courses on Introductory Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Human Genetics, Microbial Genetics Laboratory, icrobiology Laboratory, and Human Reproduction since 1972. He received his Ph.D in Theoretical Physics from Brown University in 1965, and did Post-Doctoral work at the Institute for Theoretical Physics at the University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands, and in the Department of Genetics at the University of Washington.
