Ramin YousefiDr Ramin Yousefi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Islamic Azad University (I.A.U), Iran. He has received his PhD degree in Solid State Physics from University of Malaya (UM), Malaysia in 2011. His primary research interest ha been directed towards understanding the basis of nanostructures growth such as ZnO nanowires by thermal evaporation methods such as chemical vapour deposition (CVD) and physical vapour deposition (PVD). He has started studying the composites of ZnO/graphene to improve photocatalytic, gas sensor, photovoltaic, and photogeneration applications of ZnO and other 2D nanostructures. Dr. Yousefi has published more than 110 ISI papers with more than 3600 citations and has authored several chapters in books published by Wiley and Elsevier. Read More Read Less
