Ralph SchultzI was born and lived on Chicago's South Side from 1947-1957 and then in Evergreen Park where I graduated from High School in 1965, a Chicago southwest suburb. Then I went to Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where I graduated in 1969 witha honors major in history and Russian Studies. I received a Master of Business degree in finance and economics in 1972. I worked for 30 years in the investment business as a corporate bond specialist and in equipment leasing and structured finance for international banks in Chicago including as a vice-president for Deutsche Bank, the leading bank in Germany. I switched to teaching in 2003 and worked at tribal colleges from 2005-2009 at the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota and the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. For the past nine since 2009 I have been an adjunct economics instructor at Central New Mexico Community College. In 1968 I went to Moscow Russia, the Soviet Union, to study Russian language and culture with a USA college group. I was a strategic geopolitical intelligence analyst in the United States Army.
