Raktim MitraRaktim Mitra is an Associate Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at Ryerson University (Toronto, Canada), where his research focuses on the intersection between the neighbourhood built environment and transport behaviour, and the impact on healt outcomes such as physical activity and the quality of life. Raktim is the co-director of TransForm research laboratory of transport and land use planning at Ryerson University, co-chair of a paper review subcommittee (Bicycle Transportation) at the Transportation Research Board, and a member of the editorial board for the international journal - Urban Planning.
