Rafat FarzanaRAFAT FARZANA, born on June 18th 1956, is a retired Vice Principal of Lal Bahadur Degree College Warangal, Telangana. She rendered 34 years of service under various heads: as Lecturer in English, Head department of English, Vice Principal, and in-chage Principal. After retirement, she worked as a Professor in the Dept of English at Shadan Engineering College, Hyderabad. She is a post graduate in English from Kakatiya University Warangal in 1979 and won a gold medal. Her translation works are a part of the research project done on translation literature under the kind guidance of Prof. Laxminarayana, the former head of Comparative Literature at Potti Sree Ramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad, who, later on became the honorable Vice Chancellor of Kuppam University, Andhra Pradesh.
