Full professor at Technical University of Sofia in “Computer Systems, Complexes and Networks”, Doctor (PhD) in “Computer Engineering” and Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in “Informatics and Computer Scince”. He has been Head of Department (2000-2004 & 2010-2015), Vice Chairmen of General Assembly of Technical University of Sofia (2011-2015), and Vice-Rector of Technical University of Sofia (2015-2019). Full member of European Network of Excellence on High Performance and Embedded Architectures and Compilation (HiPEAC) and Member of Advisory Board of “The Swiss Innovation Lab”, Swiss Innovation Valley. Member of Management Council of Union of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Communication; Member of Consultative Council of “Center for Research and Analysis”. He is organizer and publisher of International Journal on Information Technologies and Security and International Conference on Information Technologies.
