Rachel J HeaneyRachel Heaney was born and raised on the Northern Beaches in Sydney Australia. She started writing poetry as a way to release, express and communicate the words she, at times, found hard to share.After many years working in the car industry, her lifedramatically shifted after she visited a health retreat in the Queensland hinterland and had the clearest knowing she was going to work there one day.
