Her career as a scientist has been in applied biomedical research at the London Hospital Medical College with the London University (Queen Mary and Westfield College); he RAFT Institute of Plastic Surgery with the Gray Laboratory in Mount Vernon Hospital and University College London (UCL). Her fields of research have included arthritis, skin cancer and heart disease producing 21 research publications to date.
