Queenlala ClarkLatifah Clark's dad named her after the queen herself, Queen Latifah, and her nickname became "Queenlala," which is her author name. She is from a small town in Georgia named Greenville, where she attended school until her junior year. She then movedto Senoia, Ga., where she graduated from high. school. She started writing in middle school and would often compose short poems, which eventually blossomed into great, fictional stories. A talkative person, she developed a passion for writing because it gave her the chance to express herself without judgment and coming off as too chatty.
