Quamrul H MazumderDr. Quamrul H. Mazumder received his bachelor's degree in Bangladesh and PhD in the United States. He held different leadership positions in engineering before returning to an academic position. His research focuses on student learning, motivation, mtacognition, teaching and learning styles, quality of higher education, globalization of education, and other related areas. He is recognized as a global leader and expert in quality and assessment of higher education. He has been providing services and expertise for higher education quality improvement initiatives of Bangladesh, where he has conducted numerous workshops, seminars, and training for faculty, administrators, and students. He served as a Fulbright Scholar in Bangladesh in 2013, where he developed curriculum and assessment processes for a graduate engineering program.
